Timmaris has had a wonderful career of performing, composing, recording and teaching, as well as touring with her bands The Autobiography, The Elephant’s Memory, Anahata, and currently, Timmaris and Friends.
She has appeared on national television and radio, has sung at Rady Children’s Hospital for two decades, was awarded a grant to teach music and song writing to underprivileged children, has taught music in public and private schools K-6th grade, has created school assemblies, has performed in nursing homes for 30 years, but most importantly has had the opportunity to use her talents to sing and compose songs that uplift the soul and spirit. Her album, For a Child’s Heart, which she recorded with Diane Bardwell, is now selling to a second generation of children!
Currently, she is giving private lessons; teaching harmonium, voice, songwriting, guitar, and ukulele. She is performing house concerts with her current band and working on a new devotional CD, “I shall go on loving Thee.”
